Facilities at Camelot House
Our home prides itself on its homely atmosphere and the high standard of care.
The majority of our 66 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and most of them have TV and telephone points. We encourage residents to personalise their rooms.
Home Life
Residents
are free to use any lounge and to amble happily indoors and also in the
two secure gardens. A full time activity organiser promotes therapeutic
activities. Trips are made to local places of interest in the home's minibus.
Visits are
made by church groups, entertainers, the hairdresser, chiropodist and
our music to move lady. The home is opposite the Blackdown Garden Centre
and adjacent to the Spar Shop affording regular and easy accompanied visits.
A Relatives Forum organises the annual summer fair and funds raised are spent on the residents enjoyment.
